Tactics or Players, who to blame

Look like everywhere in the world, it is all the same.... nobody can just stand up and counted and admit that it is their mistake.. all try to blame it on someone else instead..... So who is right or wrong?

After the aftermath of the England dour draw vs macedonia and loss to croatia. The new england coach blame that it is the players who are to blame as they never perform their best but his assistant coach said that it was the tactics that do not work......

Keeping that in mind.... while we are working... when things go wrong on a broad scale.. is it because of the structure, culture or strategy of the organisation that made the things goes wrong? or basically it is the workers who have to take the blame cause they did not perform to the kind of results...... so the question now is who is to blame?

One experience player (gary neville) admits that the players did not play well and he deserve the blame for not able to get that goal which would change the mood of the games.... (re-cap: he missed scoring when faced with an open goal in macdedonia and played a part in scoring the own goal in croatia)

Hmmm.. so i guess at the end of the day... i guess if we tried our best and yet things do not really work out... it is just too bad.... the fact is.. the results are there to see... no point trying to shift the blame... (every player or the tactics.. plays apart in the failure....)

Fishy signing off....
